Sarah Payne is a London based photographer who had made a tempary site for herself and was wanting a more profesional looking site to hold more images than her previous page had and fit in more with her style. We worked together on the Aesthetics and came up with something we were both very pleased with.

The technical side

To make this site I used a mix of languages:

• HTML for the page layout
• Javascript for the interactivity
• CSS for the Aesthetics

I was aware that I wanted the maximum possible screen space saved for the images, this created a slight problem with different screen resolutions, my solution for this was to load a different CSS 'stylesheet' and JavaScript document for each of the major screen resolutions (800x600 or below, 1024x768, 1280x1024 and 1280x1600 or above) the power this gives me allows me to load smaller images for smaller resolutions and bigger images for bigger resolutions.
